1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kz8 ("kz8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kz8 website located at https://kz8.club and all associated services, products, software, and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the kz8 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

kz8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kz8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation made available for convenience is non-binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and kz8 and supersede all prior arrangements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the kz8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a kz8 employee or director.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a kz8 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering and playing voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.

Age Verification (KYC)

kz8 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of the account approval process and at any time kz8 deems it necessary. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identification document, which may include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and unexpired. kz8 may request additional documentation such as a selfie with your ID or proof of address if deemed necessary to complete verification.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe will have deposit and withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. kz8 will not process withdrawals for any account where KYC has not been fully approved.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one account on kz8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kz8 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances found in those accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. kz8 shall not be held liable for any losses or complications arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kz8 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your kz8 account where available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify kz8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kz8 shall not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Account Suspension

kz8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, manipulation of games or odds, money laundering, use of automated betting software or bots, or any other activity that kz8 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kz8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment methods supported by the Platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using the kz8 cashier, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your legal name. kz8 does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances.

• kz8 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• kz8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Verified accounts: withdrawal processing time 15–30 minutes for mobile banking methods during business hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
• kz8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals of ৳50,000 or above.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the kz8 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet. kz8 provides access to bet rules within each product section of the Platform.

Cricket Sportsbook

kz8 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, Test series, and bilateral ODI and T20I fixtures. The following general rules apply to all cricket betting on kz8:

• All match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted by weather, or reduced in overs, kz8 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where applied by the official scorer.
• Live in-play odds are updated in near real-time. kz8 is not liable for bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from data feed delays beyond kz8's reasonable control.
• kz8 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice if the integrity of the market is in question.
• Match-fixing or manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Casino Games & Slots

Casino games and slots on kz8 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own rules screen, accessible within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness.

Void Bets & Errors

kz8 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; (b) an obvious pricing error occurred that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect; (c) the market or event was settled in error due to incorrect data; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the player's kz8 account balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kz8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers during BPL and IPL seasons, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each individual bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the qualifying period and are forfeited without compensation.
• kz8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed the promotion and begun wagering will have a reasonable period to complete any applicable requirements.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, household address, IP address, device, or payment method. Abuse of multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• kz8 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.

Wagering Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet placed, while live casino games and sports bets contribute at rates specified in the individual bonus terms. Players should review the specific wagering contribution schedule provided with each bonus before accepting.

7 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request to close your kz8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any valid real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your own request.

Self-Exclusion

kz8 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a self-exclusion facility for players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion options available include:

• Temporary self-exclusion: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. During this period, access to your account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from kz8.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Your account is permanently closed. kz8 will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are not able to re-register during the exclusion period.

Closure by kz8

kz8 reserves the right to close or permanently ban any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, used in connection with money laundering, or operated in a jurisdiction where kz8 has determined it cannot legally serve players. In such cases, real-money balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be withheld pending investigation.

8 Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kz8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; delays or errors in data feeds; unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence; or interruption of service during live events.

kz8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be conducted at any time. kz8 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods via the website, but is under no obligation to do so in cases of emergency maintenance.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the kz8 Platform, including bet settlement, bonus treatment, or account management, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve the matter within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached at the first level, your complaint will be escalated to the kz8 management team for a final review.

All disputes regarding the outcome of specific bets must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. kz8 will not review disputes submitted beyond this timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kz8 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, website design, software, and written content, is the intellectual property of kz8 or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kz8.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
